Return Policy

You can return products within 14 days of placing your order.

1. Must be purchased at Crisella online store, branch or counter, and hold a valid original proof of purchase.

2. All returned products must be unused and in their original packaging with labels and protective stickers in good and new condition.

3. All free products cannot be exchanged.

4. All products purchased during the promotion period are non-refundable unless there is an error or quality problem with the product.

If the product is the wrong item or has quality problems, you can replace the product within 7 days after receiving it.

After receiving the returned product, we will resend the product or make a refund within 7 working days. The refund amount will deduct the shipping fee (except for product errors or quality problems), and the refund will be made according to the payment method at the time of purchase. It may take 7-14 business days for the credit card company to credit the refund to your account.
